Tattoo project body map
Use front, back, left-side, and right-side views to record rough project relationships with labels, planning notes, and artist-controlled states. Nothing here recommends placement or predicts tattoo suitability, pain, skin condition, or final stencil fit.

Body map vs body template
Use the reusable body template as a clean drawing or markup surface. Use the project body map when you need to record where existing work, the current project, future ideas, and intentionally reserved space relate across the body before exact client-specific placement work.
01 Body template
Choose neutral, female, or male generic profiles with blank, centerline, or grid guides. PNG is a raster reference layer; SVG keeps the body outline editable. Neither file measures a real client.
02 Project body map
Existing means already tattooed, Planned is current project work, Future marks a possible later project, and Reserved keeps space intentionally open. Labels and notes stay artist-controlled.
03 Handoff
Export an annotated map as PNG or SVG, print it or save it as PDF, or download an A4/Letter front-and-back template. Then take exact measurements separately when the project becomes client-specific.
04 Get specific later
The body map records rough spatial relationships. A real body photo handles visual fit, the Placement Measurement Sheet records client-specific measurements, and the Size & Print tool handles final production dimensions.
Keep the workflows separate
Choose body view, mark existing work, add the current project, reserve future space, add labels or notes, then export the map. Move to real client geometry only when the design is ready for exact fit or measurement.
Planning an arm collection?

Deliberately generic
The profiles are original generic planning silhouettes. Female, male, and neutral are composition choices, not biometric models or claims about how any client's body is shaped.
The tool does not estimate pain, healing, skin behavior, distortion, circumference, muscle movement, or the physical size of a tattoo. It does not recommend where someone should get tattooed or tell you whether a body area is medically safe or suitable to tattoo.
If the artwork itself is ready and you need real-world output dimensions, move to the Tattoo Stencil Size & Print tool. If you still need a stencil from artwork or a reference, use the generator instead of drawing over a generic body map.
