Use a project or stencil code such as ST-042 instead of requiring a client name, email, or phone number.

Width is required and height is optional. The label records a decision already made elsewhere rather than calculating physical stencil size.

No. Every label works with text only. An optional thumbnail can help recognition on Standard and Large labels, and it is downsampled locally in the browser rather than uploaded.
