Free browser-local credential tracker

Tattoo License Renewal Tracker.

Keep the expiration dates you already have in one place, see when each deadline is approaching, reach the official licensing source, and export reminders to your calendar.

Renewal rules, dates, forms and fees vary by jurisdiction. Enter a date you verified with the issuing authority. This tracker organizes renewal readiness; it does not renew, validate or prove compliance for a credential.

1. Add credential

Use the date on your credential.

StencilStudio does not derive your personal expiration date from a generic renewal cycle. Enter the actual date shown by the issuer whenever possible.

Reminder dates for calendar export

Saved only in this browser. No account, license number, ID upload, or personal document is required.

Your saved deadlines

These statuses describe the date you entered. They are not a finding that you are legally compliant or authorized to work.

Why not just Google Calendar?

The useful layer is credential context, not a smarter date guess.

A normal calendar can hold a date. This tracker keeps tattoo-specific credential types, multiple deadlines, the relevant state licensing guide, an official regulator handoff and source-check context together.

Your date wins

The tracker never turns a generic one-year or two-year rule into your personal expiration date. Use the date printed on your credential or shown by the issuer.

One credential view

Keep artist licenses, local permits, BBP, CPR / First Aid, guest credentials and facility credentials visible together without mixing their legal meaning.

Official handoff

For U.S. states and DC, the tracker carries forward the official source used by the licensing guide. When the source cannot be trusted as current, it tells you to verify with the regulator.

Portable reminders

The site itself does not send email or push notifications. Download the .ics file and let your own calendar handle notifications.

Boundaries

A deadline organizer, not a licensing authority.

StencilStudio does not renew a license, determine legal compliance, approve a course, or decide whether a credential is accepted where you plan to work.

BBP acceptance

Track a BBP certificate date here. Questions about accepted courses, OSHA context or regulator-specific training belong in the BBP guide.

Guest work

Already have a guest credential and date? Track it here. Need to know whether permission is required for a destination? Use the guest permit tool.

Privacy and reminders

The browser keeps the working record. Your calendar keeps the notification.

V1 deliberately avoids a backend reminder service because a renewal tracker does not need license numbers, identity documents or another account to be useful.

Local storage only. Credential names, expiration dates, reminder offsets and any official URL you enter stay in this browser's local storage. Clearing browser data can remove them.

No push or email promise. StencilStudio does not run a background notification service for this tool. The .ics export creates calendar events based on the date you entered so your calendar can notify you.

Verify before acting. Licensing rules, fees, forms and training requirements change. A saved date or source link is an organizational aid, not proof that a credential is active, renewable or accepted.
