BCPH licenses the facility, not the artist. Annual tattoo/piercing facility licensing is $353, plan review is $312, and every operator needs bloodborne-pathogen training.

El Paso County has a specific temporary-event route. The published vendor fee is $83, the coordinator fee starts at $170 plus hourly review, and the application is due at least 30 business days before the event.
